How does this process work?

All required documents will be prepared after you provide us with the required information. All of your documents are sent to you within 24 hours. After you receive the documents, they must be signed and notarized and sent to us for the further processing.  We will provide you with complete instructions on how to sign and notarize the completed documents.  After your documents are filed with the court, we will inform you with the progress of your case via email and/or phone.

What information is required for my eviction to be completed?

The information that we require is very simple. Just click on Eviction Order Form button to see what information is needed.

When will I receive my completed eviction forms?

All completed documents are mailed directly from our office within 24 hours from the time your documents are completed.

Is technical support available?

Yes. If you have any difficulty with the use of the site, other than legal questions, support is available quickly via email or telephone at no additional charge.

 

5.

How long will it take to evict a non-paying Tenant?

The time required to evict a non-paying Tenant in an uncontested eviction action is between 3-4 weeks, but the time varies according to the particulars of the case and the Courts’ busy schedule.
